BEING FIT YOUR WAY
Fitness refers to your own optimal health (external and internal). I happen to enjoy my time at the gym, but fitness comes in many forms: running, yoga, hiking (which were my go-to when I was abroad), or sports (which I stink at!).
We all have different body types and we don’t have to aspire to look like Hugh Jackman to be fit. What’s more important is that we are moving our bodies and feeling good about ourselves. For some fitness inspiration, check out my videos below!
