A healthy body and a healthy mind mirror each other. For me, my internal wellness is primarily defined by two leading principals:

1. Food is Medicine: Since childhood, I’ve struggled with several health related issues: Psoriasis (Autoimmune), Digestive/Gut Issues, etc. After years of research, I’ve learned a clean ingredient & integrative diet, keeps my body fueled to live an active life.

2. A Healthy Mind Promotes a Healthy Body: Growing up in a broken family and being a member of the LGBTQ+ community, it wasn’t always easy to achieve optimal mental health. Now, my identity is one of my most celebrated traits and I’d like to pay it forward. Check out my Coming Out video and other wellness related videos to learn more about my story!

Everyone creates wellness in different ways. For me, getting involved is a great way to stay grounded, feel good, and to use my platform for progress. Here are a few recent campaigns I’ve been working on.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Trevor Project to raise funds for LGBT youth, a story covered by Check it out here!

This free crisis hotline is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is staffed by specially trained counselors: 1-800-448-3000.  Instagram here

With the Holidays almost here, it’s the perfect time to finally share my coming out as gay story, calling my BEST FRIEND and inviting my MOM on camera to help me recap how it all went down when I was just 15 YEARS OLD.

My bestie and I go on a wellness retreat and discover Meditation & deep breathing as a form of reducing stress & anxiety, to maintain mental health pre-Holiday season. Relax. Chill. Enjoy the show.
